GUIDELINES AND TERMS OF SUBMISSION:
Submission of any article will be reviewed and upon any violation with the terms and conditions provided here will not be accepted. All documents submitted must not infringe any copyright laws. Originality of the document is a must for the acceptance of it to be placed on our site. The document may contain information cited from other documents but should in itself have some extra content for it to be accepted.
Pharmaxchange reserves the right to reject/remove/modify/transfer or do as it pleases with the documents submitted therewith without consent by the author.
The documents submitted must have a minimum of these requirements:
a. It should be original or contain information apart from the information already available on the website. (i.e. It can contain information from other documents on the website but it itself should have something original)
b. It should contain content in English
c. It should contain content which is written in proper grammar and should be easily understood
d. If it contains graphics, the graphics should be easily visible and understood.
e. The documents should be typed in a legible font preferably "Arial" or "Times New Roman" with a font size of minimum "12"
f. The document should have page numbers
g. The document must have an appropriate title, the authors name.
The document is preferred to contain the following:
a. It should have an introduction as to what the document is about
b. It should have references from where the information has been gathered
c. If any images or graphics or materials are cited from the internet the references must state the entire address of the document from where the information has been cited and not just the website
(e.g if a document sites a line from pulmonary diseases site from john hopkins website the reference would be as follows:
(Reference Number). Pulmonary Diseases - John Hopkins
site: http://www.johnhopkins.com/pulmonary/main.html
and should not just be http://www.johnhopkins.com)
NOTE- A well referenced document will be prefered over one which has not got proper referencing
d. It is prefered that the author give some contact information within the document so that the readers of the document may be able to contact the author on matters regarding the subject of the document.
The documents submitted must not violate any of the rules given below:
a. Content that promotes or contains links to sites containing nudity, pornography, adult material, sex, exploitation of children, etc.
b. Content that infringes on copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other intellectual property. This includes serial numbers for software for the purpose of illegally registering or validating software, unlawful MP3 music files, copyrighted images or videos, etc.
c. Content that condones, promotes, contains, or links to unlawful products or activities, including cracks, hacks, their associated utilities, or other piracy related information.
d. Content that is racist, or otherwise extremely offensive to others, including content which threatens or abuses others.
e. Content infected by viruses or any other malicious software.
All content submitted will be used for educational purposes only.
Post Submission: Pharmaxchange reserves the rights to remove or modify the content as well as the format, once the document has been submitted, without notifying the author, however we assure you that the authors name will not be changed if the changes in the document are just cosmetic. If a document which has new information about the subject is submitted by any other user, the older documents will be removed with a change in the name of the author.
